Park Policies
The following policies are intended to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing experience for all guests of Harbour Nights RV Park. By booking and staying with us, you agree to comply with these policies.
General Policies
- Guests must be 19 years of age or older to book a site.
- Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- The park operates seasonally from May through October.
- All visitors must register at the office upon arrival.
Reservation, Refund & Cancellation Policy
- 14 days or more before arrival: Full refund, less a processing fee.
- Within 14 days of arrival: 50% refund.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations: Non-refundable.
- Early departures: No refunds provided.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Guests are asked to keep noise at a respectful level at all times.
Vehicles & Speed Limit
- The park-wide speed limit is 10 km/h (6 mph).
- Parking is permitted only in designated areas or at your assigned site.
- ATVs, dirt bikes, and other off-road vehicles are not permitted within the park.
Alcohol Consumption
- Alcohol is permitted at your own site only.
- Excessive drinking, disruptive behavior, or public intoxication will not be tolerated.
- Alcohol is not allowed in common or shared areas.
Pets
- Friendly, well-behaved pets are welcome.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
- Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
- Aggressive pets will not be tolerated; management reserves the right to refuse entry.
Campfires
- Fires are permitted only in designated fire rings.
- Fires must never be left unattended.
- Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving or retiring for the night.
- During fire bans, all open flames are strictly prohibited.
Garbage & Recycling
- All garbage must be bagged and placed in designated bins.
- Recycling bins are available; please sort materials accordingly.
- Campsites must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
General Safety
- Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
- Please use caution when walking or cycling within the park.
- Firearms, fireworks, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- In case of emergency, dial 911 and notify park staff immediately.
Liability
- Harbour Nights RV Park is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or damage to personal property.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their visitors.
Enforcement
- Management reserves the right to enforce these policies at its discretion.
- Guests who fail to comply with park rules may be asked to leave without refund.
- Management also reserves the right to refuse service or deny entry to any guest whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or detrimental to the enjoyment of others.
